Google Contacts For Every Android Device 6.0+
Android device owners who try to use the Google Contacts app on their mobile device are probably aware of the limitations of the app. This includes shortcomings like lack of support for switching between accounts quickly and easily like so many other Google apps and some missing features compared to the web interface. Google is addressing some of those concerns with a new update that takes Google Contacts and includes new features and changes to the interface. The first change that users will likely notice is the change to the two tabs that previously graced the app. Until now, Google Contacts only included tabs for Favorites and All. These choices have been moved to the hamburger menu that slides out from the left and adds several new options including Duplicates, the ability to filter by labels, and the ability to select certain accounts to view the contacts included therein.
